How do I get the free Sky Go app? We give you a UK apple store account to use to download the free app to your device.
How do I cancel my Sky Go subscription? Just email us and we can stop your Sky Go subscription within 30 days.
What speed does my internet need to be? We recommend a minimum broadband speed of 2 Mbps for Sky Go to work at its best.
How do I add/remove channels? When you order your Now TV you will also receive your login details to the Now TV website. From here you can change your subscription as you please.
